Paul Gardner is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of All Star Services, responsible for overseeing the company’s financial strategy and operations. Rone Middler

With nearly three decades in hospitality, Rone Middler is an industry veteran who understands the importance of people, service, and lasting partnerships. Now serving as Vice President of Business Development at All Star Services, Rone is dedicated to connecting leading hotels with a workforce that is both professional and passionate. He oversees new hotel partner relationships, ensuring that each partner hotel receives reliable and dedicated staff to elevate guest experiences.

Prior to joining All Star Services, Rone served as a General Manager at a range of hotel properties, where he spearheaded operational improvements, elevated service standards, and achieved high guest satisfaction scores. Known for his hands-on leadership style, he thrived on the front lines, working closely with staff and understanding the pulse of every department. From implementing strategic initiatives to refining the guest experience, Rone’s impact has always been centered on building teams that go above and beyond for guests.

Rone’s journey through the hospitality world has taken him across the U.S., giving him unique insights into various markets and a deep appreciation for diverse cultures and communities. His passion for the industry goes beyond numbers and targets; he believes in creating environments where both employees and guests feel valued and respected.

Kevin Johnson

Kevin Johnson, our Regional Vice President of Operations, has extensive experience in the hotel operations. With a proven track record of overseeing successful operations in multiple states, including Georgia, Colorado, Mississippi, and Tennessee, Kevin currently manages operations across six states. His expertise and leadership ensure that All Star Services delivers exceptional performance and efficiency across all regions under his supervision.

Christian Blocker, the Compliance and H2B Director at All Star Services, has been instrumental in driving the company's success over the past six years. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern Mississippi, with a minor in Management, bringing a strong academic background and dedication to her role in compliance and workforce management.
